By accessing or using the Berrycoders website (the “Site”), joining our waitlist, or otherwise interacting with our services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Waitlist and Access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Berrycoders Marketing OS. Early access is granted at our sole discretion and may be subject to additional terms. We may contact you by email with invitations, product updates, and related offers.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
